"Beyond My Competence"

That's what the Director of the Homeland Security Agency says. Which tells me he is in the wrong job. Anybody who can't understand a simple amendment like the Fourth doesn't deserve to run the Homeland Security Agency. He's too stupid. And he ADMITS it! So maybe he's not so stupid, after all. Just INCOMPETENT, like most of his colleagues in DC. It's SO simple: you can't invade a person's home and personal space without a warrant. You can't search his private papers without “probable cause.” What is there about that he doesn't understand? If he DOESN'T understand that, he should RESIGN, immediately. He's not qualified to hold that position. Of course, that could be said for most of the top office holders in DC, starting with Obama. (American Thinker)
