The Fourth circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that to ban the
purchase and ownership of “assault weapons” is a “blatant
violation of the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United
States.” Of course, Obama's fools will oppose that, and take it to
a higher court, hoping by that time Obama will have nominated, and
the senate will have approved another liberal, gun-hating Justice to
replace Justice Scalia. This just makes it even more important to
PREVENT Obama from nominating Scalia's successor. To allow him to
nominate Scalia's successor would let the democrats completely change
the makeup of the Court for generations to come and make life worse
for people who simply want to be able to defend themselves against
ILLEGALLY armed criminals, crazies, and Islamic terrorists, none of
whom OBEY laws, of any kind. (Second Amendment Insider)
