"Protecting" Bob Mueller

The Dumocrats keep beating many dead horses in their attempts to derail a legitimately-elected president, Donald Trump. They need to "pull back" and accept the unalterable fact that the voters rejected their hand-picked candidate, Hillary Clinton, and elected Donald Trump to the presidency. It has happened before. the Dumocrats have lost. But they have never reacted with this intense irrational behavior before (in my memory, at least, and my memory goes back to FDR). One of their most recent dead horses was that they suspected Donald Trump was going to fire Special Counsel Bob Mueller. But the only people who thought that are the Dumocrats. They even went so far as to bring up an unconstitutional bill to prevent him from firing Mueller--as if he cared about Mueller's phony "investigation" to support another of their dead horses—except for the unnecessary millions of taxpayer dollars it cost. The law would have been unconstitutional because hiring and firing are the right and responsibility ONLY of the president, and those he has appointed to represent him. It is a function of the EXECUTIVE branch, and cannot be dictated by Congress. The Senate leader rightly quashed it, but Dumocrats have promised to bring it to a vote, anyway, where it will be soundly defeated. Or, if passed, will be struck down by the Supreme Court. (Just common sense)
