Subjective Laws
A subjective law is one that may be “defined” by those wishing to
prosecute it. In other words, it is not really an illegality until
someone SAYS it is. Laws must be the same for everybody to be
OBJECTIVE. Otherwise a despot may “decide” something is illegal,
just to be able to “remove a thorn in his side” by prosecution.
That is what is happening to President Trump today, as Dumocrats
insist that there was a “pro-quo quo” involved when Trump asked
the Ukrainian
president
to investigate a lawbreaker in his country because he happens to be
related to a presidential candidate. Frankly, a lawbreaker should not
be impervious to an investigation of his
actions, just by being a relative to a politician. On the
contrary—and the only people who CAN investigate Hunter Biden are
the Ukrainians, since his lawlessness
is in their country, and the president has a right to ask them to do
so. And
the only people who think Trump was holding up their foreign aid to
“pressure” them to do so are the Dumocrats, who have actually
DONE the same thing. Biden himself, in fact, threatened to hold up
billions until they fired a prosecutor who WAS investigating Hunter
Biden, and he bragged about having done it as Vice President, on TV.
The Dumocrats have a habit of accusing their opponents of doing what
they have done. (Just common sense)
