What First Amendment?

I thought the first Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America was absolute. So how can a pastor face CHARGES for speaking out about the evils of Islam from the pulpit? Is Islam somehow better than anybody else? Apparently so. I've been hearing about way too many similar cases, which are unconstitutional on their face. If In were to preach in favor of the DESTRUCTION of somebody or something, there would be nothing the government could do about it—unless they decided to, apparently. Apparently this pastor is going to be the victim of Obama's favoritism for Muslims. In this country, it's usually the liberals who try to “shout down” those with whom they don't agree. But not using the law, because of the First Amendment. But apparently, under Obama's dictatorship, that's no more. He allows people to be punished for speaking out against Muslims AND gays, using the phony “hate speech” label. All this is a patent violation of the Constitution he swore to protect and defend, but which he is “shredding” instead, every day. People like me will be next. But that will NOT shut me up.
