"Mum's the Word"

New Orleans cop assassinated. But nobody (in the liberal camp) is saying a word because a dead cop does nothing to advance their agenda to help Obama take over the local policing. If a cop kills somebody, even if that somebody is trying to KILL him, it's big news and always TWISTED to make the cop look bad. And if you can con a gullible local prosecutor into charging the cop with a crime, so much the better. Why people can't see what they're doing, I don't know. The net result, at least in Baltimore, is 100% increase in murders combined with 50% REDUCTION in arrests. They blame cops for “slacking off” because they've been bad-mouthed, and they're right, but not for the reasons they cite. Those cops are “slacking off” because they're more afraid of being put in prison for doing their jobs, than they are of getting shot, which they've always faced, every day. (Eagle Rising)
