Did you know it only takes
the opinion of ONE PERSON that you are a terrorist to strip you of your right
to a speedy trial and the right not to speak to your captors? Being placed on
Obama’s “terrorist watch list” does not require “concrete facts” OR
“irrefutable evidence.” It only requires that ONE PERSON say you’re a
terrorist. That’s according to the “March 2013 Watchlist Guidance.” A 166 page
document released last year by the National Counterterrorism Center. No law
passed, No congressional action, just a bureaucratic edict. Judge Andrew
Napolitano (Fox News) has declared it unconstitutional. Unfortunately,
Napolitano is not a member of the Supreme Court. And I’m not holding my breath
until the Supreme Court does the same. Not with the Obama influence, shown by
