No, We Didn't; And We do!
We did NOT hurt people by setting up Liberia as a place for
slaves to go to be free. They wanted it, and we gave it to them, while we
fought a war in which 500,000 people DIED to end slavery in America. Meanwhile,
slavery still exists in much of the world, INCLUDING Liberia. Ebola is NOT our
fault, and we should not be forced to risk millions of deaths in America by
letting Liberians in, “willy-nilly” while they carry a deadly disease. It is
only COMMON SENSE to ISOLATE Ebola in its place of origin, while sending as
much help as possible. And that doesn’t mean 3,000 armed troops. That just sends
more people to get Ebola and die from it. Help means medicine, doctors,
knowledge, etc. Anybody who says otherwise is a damned fool who should be among
the FIRST to be sent to Liberia to help fight the disease. We DO help countries
in this kind of trouble. Whenever trouble arises, to whom do they come for
help? America! They don’t go to communist China or Great Britain, or even
Canada and the fact that we “have” Obamacare doesn’t matter. England and Canada
have their national health services, and they are just as ineffectual as is
ours. (Just common sense)
