Profit Not In His Equation

Former Mayor Bloomberg, of New York, in illustrating what we need to improve the economy says, categorically, that PROFIT was not the way to success. What alternate world is he living in? Is he on CRACK? He mentioned starting a business, hiring people, paying taxes, etc., but nowhere in there did he mention PROFIT, which is what ALL businesses strive for. It is the ONLY REASON for BEING in business. All that other stuff is part of the METHOD for doing business. You hire people to do the things that MAKE you a profit. If you don’t make a profit, you’re soon out of business and all the people you’ve hired are out of a job. You are able to pay NO taxes, etc. Bloomberg, who is a billionaire, should know this better than ANYBODY, but he doesn’t. Not even while his businesses strive for the profit he disdains. (Just common sense)
