Newsom Violated the Law

Why is HE not in jail? Because he is a liberal and a Democrat, that's why. Like Obama, he violated the law by IGNORING the law. As mayor of San Francisco (where else?), he issued “marriage licenses” to gays, when he KNEW it was illegal (at the time). Yes, issuing gay “marriage” certificates IS “the law,” (temporarily) just as “Dred Scott” used to be “the law,” before it was proved wrong and repealed. Should we have rigidly enforced “Dred Scott?” Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and Gavin Newsom have “thumbed their noses” at the law AND the Constitution. Why are THEY not in jail? Because they're DEMOCRATS! And Democrats are today RUNNING this country (for a while, yet). The court that sent her to jail (even though she's a Democrat, she did a conservative thing) made an ILLEGAL ruling, which will be reversed on appeal, if it goes before a court made up of human beings, and she will be exonerated. But not before unlawfully spending time in JAIL, sent there by by an “activist judge” who has done this sort of thing before.. (Daily Caller)
