More Power Than They Have

The city of New York are now specifying the make and model of car taxi owners MUST buy to replace old cabs. It doesn't matter what make and model that is, this is a gross excessive use of power. But then, that's nothing new in New York City. Their mayors always seem ton think they're the King of New York. Several successive mayors have banned many things that are NOT “bannable” under the Constitution of the United States. But they've done it, anyway. I guess they see how OBAMA flips the law his finger and daily violates the Constitution, and they figure they can get away with it, too. There are way too many elected mayors today making ordinances they have no right to make under the law. They need to be “reined in” by their constituents. (The Blaze)
