They have banned hollow point bullets.
Apparently, in their incompetence, they think a bullet designed for
less penetration is more dangerous than one that is designed for MORE
penetration. What this means is more people are going to get shot,
maybe killed by bullets that have already passed through somebody.
Liberal politicians (which abound in California) are notoriously
incompetent, and when they do such things as this, they prove it,
again and again, while people die of their stupidity. I'm surprised
they don't ban bullets, altogether. That's the kind of stupid things
they do. If these politicians had to take responsibility for all the
people their laws kill, they' ALL be in prison, awaiting execution.
