Subjective Laws
Politicians love subjective laws because they are so vague they may
be defined in any way that politician wishes. Take “bump stock
bans,” for instance. With the advent of the bump stock ban, ANY
rifle can be made into a “machine gun.” all it takes is for some
unnamed, faceless bureaucrat to DEFINE it as such, and its owner
suddenly becomes a law breaker, just for owning it. They love to make
laws as wide and vague as possible so they may be used
indiscriminately, just by somebody DEFINING something as being
whatever is banned. Anti-gun fools especially love their laws to be
vague and uncertain so they can make them into whatever they wish
them to be, just by changing the definition of something, therefore
bringing it under that law. Such laws allow corrupt politicians to
cover whatever they want, since they are so vague as to make it
possible. (AmmoLand)
