What Will Happen Then?

The anti-gun fools would dearly love to eliminate all LEGAL guns from existence. They have no way to do anything about the millions of ILLEGAL guns there are in existence, so what happens then? First off, law breakers are “enabled.” With legal guns no longer in existence, they can have “free rein” over the law-abiding, who are then defenseless against them. But those lawless thugs will be in fierce competition with the government, which will no longer be constrained by their citizens being armed, and well able to resist their efforts to take what is theirs. So millions will die, as they have in other countries where guns were completely banned. A dictator who has “taken over” in an unfortunate country sees, as his first necessary action, the banning of legal guns from existence in his newly-acquired country. Then he sets out to murder each and every citizen who may, or may not, oppose him, in any way. He will have no trouble doing that, for they have nothing to use in defense. That has to be their ultimate goal, because all their anti-gun laws do NOTHING to stop, or even slow down “gun crime,” and, in fact, INCREASE it by disarming the law-abiding, making them defenseless. It’s a tragedy, but one that is self-imposed, by allowing their government to disarm them. (Just common sense)
