What SHOULD We Do?

Anti-gun fools constantly blame the NRA and other pro-gun people for all the deaths attributed to ILLEGAL guns in the hands of the lawless, whether they be simple criminals, crazies, or Islamic terrorists. Yet, truth be known, it is the anti-gun fools who make it worse by limiting the number of guns in the hands of the law-abiding, making them defenseless. They decry the “fact” that we “do nothing” to stop “gun violence,” but I have to ask them, What the hell would they have us do? My granddaddy always said, “If you complain about something, give us an idea what to do about it.” Now I’m the “granddaddy,” and anti-gun fools are complaining that “we do nothing about gun crime,” but never make any suggestions that WORK. They only complain that WE don’t do something. It’s easy to complain that “somebody else” does nothing, but a little harder to actually come up with something that will work. So far, nobody has come up with anything that WILL work to reduce “gun crime,” because all the anti-gun fools are getting laws passed that actually make it worse, under the PRETENSE that they’re actually DOING something. If somebody ever comes up with a REAL solution, I’ll be right there with them. But I’m not holding my breath, because the anti-gun fools scoff at the real solutions, such as allowing the law-abiding to have their guns so they can defend themselves. The cops can’t do it, because they’re at least minutes away, while the law-abiding citizens are THERE. (CNBC)
