Obama's Health Care Swindle Reversed

Maybe not by the Congress, which is still “ruled” in the Senate by the Democrats. But a federal court has ruled the ENTIRE law unconstitutional. Which means enforcing it at all is in question. But Republicans should not relax. It still could make a “turn-around” with all the liberal activist judges there are in the court. Obama says the judge who blocked his law is an “activist judge.” So what? Many of them are “activist judges.” What Obama doesn’t like is this judge is not one of HIS “activist judges.” A federal judge has ruled the entire Obama health care swindle unconstitutional, so what does Obama do? Does he plan on observing this ruling as a president ruled by laws, not whims, does? NO. He “goes after” the judge, saying he is an “activist judge,” as if that made any difference.

The judge is the judge, and he has the power to do what he did, regardless. Same as when one of OBAMA’S “activist judges” makes a decision AGAINST the Constitution. All this proves is that Obama thinks he’s “all-powerful.” But one judge is enough. If a judge in ONE COURT rules a law unconstitutional, it doesn’t matter if sixteen others ruled otherwise. The law CANNOT be enforced. Obamacare is OVER. It need not be repealed. It’s dead. Obama just won’t admit it. The feds now question the right of a lower court to judge the federal government. This is typical Obama. But that’s what the Supreme Court is THERE for. Nothing else. (Salt Lake City Examiner)

ObamaCare hangs totally on the individual mandate, which is unconstitutional all by itself. Therefore, without that mandate there is no ObamaCare. I SO hope this law is dead. Health care in this country certainly needs a LOT of work, but we need to create this health care system thoughtfully - - and than actually READ the bill carefully BEFORE passing it.

Anon: You're SO right! National Health Care ITSELF is unconstitutional Have you seen ANYTHING in the Constitution that allows the government to pay for the health care of every man, woman, and child in the United States, even if they don't define "child" as being up to 26 years old? As to READING the bill before passing it, I don't think they're doing that yet. How STUPID is Nancy Peelosi to have the temerity to actually SAY we must pass ANY bill "to find out what's in it?" That's like saying, "Just sign this contract. Read it later."

In my previous post, 2nd from last sentence, I meant "then", not "than". Slip of the fingers. Sorry.

Since when are people inches from 30-years-old CHILDREN?????? That is so stupid of Obama. That is also forcing parents to keep supporting their grown children. This will only serve to INCREASE health care costs.

We need to address the real problem with rising costs: Everybody involved wants too much money! And they are never satisfied with what they are getting so they keep raising their prices. Everybody wants to make a killing on each and every patient.

And how is it that elected officials can say such blatantly stupid things as Peelosi said about passing the damned bill just so we can see what's in it and not be kicked out of office??? You and I pay her a lot of money to do her friggin' job. So DO it already!

Anon: On Obama's definition of "children" being stupid, what else is new? Everything Obama does or says is stupid. On rising prices, everything Obama does causes that. People like Peelosi can make stupid statements with impunity because people like Peelosi control the means of her own removal from office and the people involved are just as stupid as SHE is. She thinks she IS "doing her job," by her own definition. They have PARTIES to congratulate themselves on how they swindled the citizenry.

"They have PARTIES to congratulate themselves on how they swindled the citizenry."

Yes, and the citizens PAY for their lavish parties!

Anon: Of COURSE! That's one of their "rights" as the "ruling party." Didn't you know that?
