We Know Whose Butt to Kick

Obama spoke very thuggishly recently about finding out whose butt to kick. Well, we know whose butt NEEDS kicking, not just about the oil spill and the complete lack of competence Obama has shown in figuring out how to stop it. That includes refusing offers both from other countries, as well as from right here in America while doing everything he can (such as imposing a six-month’s ban on deep water drilling, now judged unconstitutional) to make things worse, both for the oil leak, and for the people already suffering from it.
