Franken Serious -- No One Else Is

Former comedian Al Franken says his run for the Senate is "no joke." It is to me. But then, the Democrats have elected many "jokes" to office, and Franken is one of the biggest. He's a good example of why the Democrats will ultimately become the "forgotten party" when the citizens of this country come to their senses in large enough numbers. Remember, this guy is the one who thought "Air America" was going to be a whopping success, and who was the "first rat to leave the sinking ship" when it couldn't pay the "talent." Will he quit the Senate when he finds out they're operating at a deficit? Or does he just want to work for someone who can still pay his salary, even if they have to "print money" to do it?
