“RedState” was just looking for an excuse to block Donald Trump out of
their proceedings, and his reaction to Megyn Kelly's continuing silly
criticism was made to order. We all know when you attack Trump with a
gun, he'll counter attack with a cannon. Of all the “hurting the
girl” actions in politics today, this one is as foolish as it
comes, and sexist. There is sexism in giving a woman special
treatment, as well as the opposite. They would not have reacted the
same way if Megyn was a man. But Republicans are so afraid of Trump
they'll do ANYTHING to stop him. But I'd bet this action, by what
Trump describes as a “weak and pathetic leader” (who has
eliminated any respect I may have ever had for him) will not even
slow Trump down. And eliminating the “level playing field” in the
convention will not, either. If Trump runs as an independent, win or
lose, they will be the losers. If he wins, their party will go the
way of the Whigs. If he loses, we will get yet another socialist in
the White House for at least 4 years, maybe 8, with the character of
