Getting Around the Supreme Court
If the Supreme Court declares a law unconstitutional, just pass another new law that says the same, with maybe ONE small change, but which can do the same thing as the original law and enforce it until someone can come up with enough money to mount a new constitutional challenge and get it seen by the court. That can take YEARS. Meanwhile the law is enforced. This is an indication of a lawless government. But the feds are doing it right now, and so is the City of Chicago as they replace the anti-gun law that was struck down with a new one. Meanwhile people in Chicago and elsewhere are dying at the hands of criminals who have ILLEGAL guns because they are prevented from having their own guns with which to defend themselves. This blood is on the hands of these anti-gun zealots who have wormed their way into positions of power, many of whom have their own armed bodyguards. (Just common sense)
