"Constitution Is Outdated"

That's the opinion of 7^th Circuit Judge Richard Posner. He doesn't think law scholars should spend even a SECOND studying it. What many people don't know is the Constitution is the very BASIS for ALL our laws! Apparently this judge doesn't know that. If a law doesn't conform to the Constitution, is is not a law. The Constitution cannot be :outdated” because certain principles do not change over the years. It is this document that has kept us stable for almost 300 years. But the Founders made a BIG mistake. They didn't provide for a PENALTY for TRYING to violate the Constitution, or for the actual violation. They must not have thought anybody would ever TRY. The only “punishment” was to have the unconstitutional law reversed, but not before it had been enforced, sometimes for years, before it happens, sometimes ruining lives and costing people $millions in money and property. A judge with such opinions is not doing his job, is incompetent, and should be FIRED. (Patriot Post)
