Separate But Equal
No, I’m not talking about the race situation that Obama has made
much worse than it was by insisting ANYBODY who disagreed with him is a racist.
I’m talking about the “separation of powers.” The Constitution clearly states
that there are THREE separate branches of government in the United States: The
Executive (president), Legislative (Congress) and Judicial (the Supreme Court).
They are SEPARATE BUT EQUAL. That means the president cannot ORDER the Congress
around. This is something many American citizens don’t know, because most of them
have never read the Constitution. Obama talks about a “do-nothing Congress”
when they won’t do what he ordered them to do. But they are a WORKING Congress
who simply do not AGREE with what he wants—and they are NOT obligated to vote for all his pipe-dreams. They are an INDEPENDENT ENTITY whose powers EQUAL his
own. Hopefully, this “constitutional scholar” will figure that out for
himself—or maybe not. He isn’t smart enough. (Just common sense)
