If They Can Intercept Them

Why can’t they find them and “take them out? Greta Van Susteren of Fox News says they have “confirmed” the source for the closing of the embassies recently (running away) is the interception of a contact between al-Zawahiri and another top terrorist. Why have these men, who have been responsible for the deaths of so many people, remained at large for so long? For that matter, why did bin Laden stay free so long (if we’re to believe Bush didn’t kill him many years ago when he bombed his cave with him in it)? If they can do that, why can’t they trace the location of one, or both, and “take them our?”  The origin of ANY transmission is traceable back to its source. Why don’t they do it?
