Wild Life Deaths From Wind Farms

They're fighting about Bald Eagle deaths from flying into wind farm fans. Why? Isn’t the fix simple? Those fans have no covers for their blades as do every other fan on earth but these fans. Why not? Because putting covers on those moving fan blades would cost money. But the fans themselves cost money, so why not put a cover on them if they’re killing wildlife? It would be just a “cost of doing business,” as is the cost of the fans themselves. It would add more costs to an already too costly method of producing energy, but that’s one of the reasons why “wind farms” are unlikely to be a major producer of electricity for years to come; maybe never. But they don’t want to admit that; hence, no covers to protect wildlife. (The Hill)
