"Peaceful Religion" Threatens Letterman

At least one adherent to Islam has done so. Writing on a Muslim terrorist web site often used to bring messages from al-Qaida to Americans, A man calling himself Umar al-Bashrawi (this week) calls for a “Jihad” against comedian and talk show host David Letterman for making a joke about bin Laden’s killing. First he wants Letterman’s tongue to be cut out, and then to be killed, while falsely calling him a Jew. All this over a joke he told on television. This is an example of how Islamic extremists get “killing mad” over nothing. Like those who MURDERED Theo van Gogh for telling the truth about the treatment of Muslim women, and South Park creators getting death threats for mocking Muslims. And we must not forget the death threats received by the artist who did a (badly drawn) cartoon just DEPICTING Muhammed. If this is an example of the actions of a member of a “peaceful religion,” I’d hate to see what happens if you offend a member of a “VIOLENT religion.” (The Blaze)
