Phony Strawmen

Obama keeps going after “the rich,” just as if THEY were responsible for the economic disaster we’re facing today. They’re not. HE is. He keeps talking about “raising taxes on the rich” as if that would solve all his problems. It will not. There are not enough “rich” to be taxed enough to run the government more than a day. And the more he taxes them, the more they do NOT invest their money in jobs and profit-(and thus new taxes) producing projects. He talks about higher taxes on private jets (while he flies on his own daily), as liberals did on yacht makers, which destroyed America’s yacht industry and drove it overseas, and which he will do to the private jet industry, too. People who can afford to use yachts and private planes WILL get them, overseas. (Washington Post)
