You Won't See This On "Cops"

Miami cops filled a suspect full of holes after a chase ended, then went around randomly crushing cell phones, just in case someone had filmed the killing. I don’t know if the killing was justified, but it was obviously an over reaction, since they put enough lead in him to double his weight in less than a minute. They had NO “probable cause” to take those cell phones and destroy them, but they did it anyway, with "strongarm tactics. Just in case someone got a video of them killing this “bad guy.” Maybe they were right in killing this guy, maybe not. But it’s obvious they weren’t sure, and didn’t want any evidence left. But there was; one man saved it to his SIM card and put it in his mouth. They missed it when they destroyed his cell phone, and now there is not only evidence of the shooting, but also of the uncalled for and illegal actions of those cops after the shooting. I’m not against cops, but I believe they should operate WITHIN the law, and their actions in this case certainly were NOT within the law. (The Blaze)
