Cosby Needs to Open His Eyes

He’s a superlative comedian. I’ve enjoyed watching him for years. But lately he’s been letting his mouth overload his rear end. He recently wrote in an op-ed to The New York Post, this: “I’m a Christian. But Muslims are misunderstood. Intentionally misunderstood (No, they aren't. -RT]. We should all be more like them. They make sense, especially with their children. There is no other group like the Black Muslims [Thank God! -RT], who put so much effort into teaching children the right things [Not! -RT], they don’t smoke, they don’t drink or overindulge in alcohol [When nobody's looking. -RT], they protect their women, they command respect [While doing nothing to earn it -RT]. And what do these other people do? They complain about them, they criticize them [We always criticize people who KILL indiscriminately.-RT]. We’d be a better world if we emulated them [Not. -RT]. We don’t have to become black Muslims, but we can embrace the things that work.” Allen West rightly upbraided him, saying: “(You) mean honor killings, beheadings, suicide bombings?” To that I’d add treating your women like chattel slaves, forcing them to wear hot Burkhas in 100 degree plus weather (while exempting yourself from the same thing), and wanting to KILL everybody who doesn’t believe the same way you do. Cosby needs to learn more about the world he lives in before he opens his mouth or puts pen to paper, like many celebrities who think they know it all because they’re “famous.” (The Blaze)
