Isn't the NSA "secret" wiretap program about tapping communications of people in the US? How does this editorial draw a line between intercepting communications in Pakistan and London and the NSA wiretap program? Did AT&T or Verizon hand over the phone records of people in Pakistan and the UK?
I don't care what the CIA and NSA do abroad but what happens in this country should be closely monitored.
