Clinton to Garnish Wages for Universal Health Care?

That sounds about as idiotic as anything I've heard her, or anybody say. Where the hell does she get the idea a president can just "garnish" people's wages to pay for her political dreams, whether or not they want the "snake oil" she's selling? Does she expect to be elected dictator? Wages are garnished when you don't pay a bill you owe, not when the president thinks you should pay for her flights of fancy. (As far as that's concerned, I hope she never sees the chair behind the desk in the Oval Office again, except as a visitor) If she ever gets elected and carries out this threat, I promise to quit whatever job I have and send her the finger in a "nice note." Oh, by the way. I'll probably also sue the government because such an action would be patently unconstitutional. But the best way to handle her is to make sure she never gets near that office.
