The terrorists aren't just beheading people and blowing them up any more. Now they're actively looking for people able to crack the most well protected computers to create "cyberterror." They don't care how they kill people, they just want to kill people ("people" being all who don't agree with them). "CBP (Customs and Border Protection) is in charge of securing our borders from terrorists and any WMD they might smuggle in to launch a crippling attack. The Secret Service protects the president and Cabinet members, and plays a key role in investigating money laundering and identity theft -- two crimes that support terrorist activity. 'Worms have already crashed the CBP network that operates anti-terror screening systems at airports. Last year, a virus knocked out electronic watch lists for several hours at JFK, LAX, O'Hare and Miami International, as well as other major airports around the country. CBP agents had no emergency backup system and had to process foreign visitors by hand using hot sheets, delaying flights and thousands of passengers. The virulent worm reportedly got through the firewall protecting the DHS main servers in Northern Virginia." How bad can that be, you ask? Picture terrorists hacking airport control computers and crashing airplanes in wholesale numbers. What if YOU were on one of those airplanes? And that's only ONE scenario.
