No Dealing With Militant Islam

The militant Islamic terrorists will NOT talk to us. They're not interested in anything except killing non-Muslims, and nothing we can say to them will dissuade them. The only way to dissuade militant Islamic terrorists is to kill them before they can kill us. The "American policies" they blame are long preceded by militant Islamism, so that excuse doesn't fly.
