Guns Frighten Them
People with guns don’t frighten liberals, the guns themselves (even if they’re unloaded) frighten them. Even if they’re just lying on the table, guns stir an unreasoning FEAR in the minds of the “anti-gun fanatics” who are trying to make guns not exist any more (except for those in the hands of cops and government agents). A Tea Party group in a small Colorado town is planning a demonstration in which they plan to carry UNLOADED guns around and the anti-gun fools are “freaking out.” One pro-gun local said this: “Even if they were loaded, I'd still feel safe around people who are familiar with firearms. But the reaction to the group's plans is incomprehensible. Do residents know that a gun needs, like, you know, bullets to be even remotely threatening? And a person to pull the trigger? Are they really frightened of a piece of metal with a wood stock?” Yes, they are. The gun itself frightens them and they want to do away with it. (American Thinker)

We need a law that forces all libtards to undergo 500 hours of firearms training (firing, handling, safety, lots of target practice). Then we will see a change in attitude.
Just Tuesday I spent 2 hours in a very large range where EVERYBODY was armed, including me. It never even occurred to me to feel afraid or threatened. Evil people will find their means to commit murder whether the weapon of choice is banned or not. Libs just cannot get that through their thick skulls, which is why we refer to them as libtards.
Anon: Your second paragraph is true, common sense. Your first is pure liberal and I don't think you really want that to happen. What I'm wondering is how you expect that to change their attitude.
I am far from liberal. The first paragraph was wishful thinking that if those people handled guns and under stood them and knew that people train for safety and the fun that target practice is, they would change their minds. But they are too scared to find out anything about owning guns themselves, preferring to believe whatever the left tells them. In other words, libs know nothing about the subject. They just parrot what they are told.
Anon: If you thought I was calling you a liberal, I apologize. I would not insult you in that manner. What I was saying is that the ideas you presented in the first paragraph were liberal ideas, although I can readily see why you might want to "force" liberals to do such things even though that will not change their minds. Their minds are made up. You can't confuse them with facts. And you are absolutely right: they DO just "parrot" what they're told by their "Gods."
It is such a shame. So many wasted minds. Just obamabots. We need all the people we c an get to take back our Republic, but have to fight half the country who are happy to let it collapse as long as they do not have to be responsible for their own opinions.
