Is Anybody Surprised?

Rahm Emanuel is now mayor of Chicago. The controversy over his residency is over, as I expected. He runs the Chicago “machine” and will be the successor to the Daleys until he is ready to retire, as they were, father and son. The only reason Obama is not now mayor of Chicago is that he’s president. Leaving the slot open for Rahm. If you disagree, and you live in Chicago, you’d better “get on your horse” and get out of there, before they “come for you.” (The Blaze)
