Why Won't He Show It?

Hugh Hewitt, a conservative radio commentator, cut off a caller, saying she had “crossed the crazy line” when she suggested that Obama was not an American citizen. Why? How is it “crazy” to suggest that Obama is not an American citizen? The very fact that Obama not only REFUSES to show his birth certificate, but has spent millions of taxpayer dollars to fight efforts to force him to do so tells me there’s SOMETHING there. My question is, “Why wasn’t he forced to show it as a requirement to being nominated to RUN for president?” That IS a requirement, you know. Why has nobody (who counts) demanded that the Supreme Court require him to show it? It’s NOT “crazy” to suggest that he is not a citizen. It’s a question that MUST be answered, or EVERY LAW he signed is called into question. The soldier who refuses to follow his orders will CERTAINLY bring it up at his courts martial. Obama has not refused to show his birth certificate. He HAS shown his birth certificate.

He posted the Certification of Live Birth, which is the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and it is the only birth certificate that Hawaii sends out. Hawaii no longer sends out copies of the original birth certificate (http://www.starbulletin.com/columnists/kokualine/20090606_kokua_line.html)

Hawaii does not,and has never allowed a birth certificate to be issued that says "born in Hawaii" unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii. Obama's birth certificate says "born in Hawaii" and the facts on it--that Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961--were confirmed twice by the officials in Hawaii.

You also said that obama "has spent millions'.

This is all made up. There never was a lawsuit against Obama for his birth certificate. By far most of the lawsuits tried to stop the election. Then there were lawsuits trying to stop the Electoral College from voting, the Congress from certifying the election (which it did, unanimously) and to stop the Inauguration. That is what the money was spent on.

Teller: You are misinformed. What you are saying is what Obama's people are putting out, and you've bought it. A "certificate of live birth" is NOT a "certified birth certificate." Obama "spending millions" is NOT "made up. If you believe that, you are very gullible. You're trying to spread the same bullsh-t Obama is spreading. If you think I'll buy that crap you have another think coming. You need to find another blog to read where you can convince somebody of your Obama lies.

You said: "A "certificate of live birth" is NOT a "certified birth certificate."

You are misinformed. As this shows (http://www.starbulletin.com/columnists/kokualine/20090606_kokua_line.html) the Certification of Live Birth IS a birth certificate, and it is the only one that Hawaii issues.

Yes, it is a short-form birth certificate, but it is the official birth certificate, and it is accepted as proof of birth in Hawaii by the US State Department and the branches of the military.

You also said: 'Obama "spending millions" is NOT "made up. "

If you say that it was to hide his birth certificate, it is. The money was spent defending lawsuits that tried to stop the election, stop the Electoral College from voting, Etc. If there were a lawsuit for the birth certificate, Obama would simply show the court his Certification of Live Birth, which is the official birth certificate, and the court would accept it.

As the Wall Street Journal put it: "In truth, Obama has proved that he is a native of Hawaii, and this proof would hold up in any legal or administrative proceeding."

And, it concluded: "Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii. No one has produced any serious evidence to the contrary. Absent such evidence, it is unreasonable to deny that Obama has met the burden of proof. We know that he was born in Honolulu as surely as we know that Bill Clinton was born in Hope, Ark., or George W. Bush in New Haven, Conn.'

If you believe that, you are very gullible. You're trying to spread the same bullsh-t Obama is spreading. If you think I'll buy that crap you have another think coming. You need to find another blog to read where you can convince somebody of your Obama lies.

TellerIP: You are just repeating the "spin" you spread before. You're not convincing anybody.ment would be over. It's not. And the suits had NOTHING to do with the election itself, no matter what the liberal media said. They lie routinely to protect Obama.

In our legal system you have to defended a lawsuit against you no matter how stupid it is. All of the lawsuits against Obama have so far been thrown out, many described by the justices as "frivolous."

You say that the intent of the lawsuits that tried to stop the election was not to stop the election but to provide the documents. Maybe, but the intent does not matter. If Obama had not opposed the lawsuits, the election would have been stopped.

As for the "spin." No, these are the facts. Obama has shown a birth certificate from Hawaii, and it is the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and the officials of the Department of Health of Hawaii have confirmed the facts on it. And Obama's Kenyan grandmother never said that he was born in Kenya. She said that he was born in Hawaii.

Nobody believes birthers. Beck doesn't. O'Reilly doesn't. Ann Coulter doesn't. The Wall Street Journal doesn't. Fox News doesn't.

Re the suits had nothing to do with the election itself.

Yes they did. I read many of them. Most of them were to stop the election or to stop the Inauguration. None were just for the birth certificate or for documents.

Obama has already shown the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and if there were a lawsuit for it, he would show the official birth certificate--the Certification of Live Birth--and the courts would accept it because it is the official and only birth certificate that Hawaii currently sends out.

Anon: I see you've bought Obama's crap, too.
