EPA Power Grab

It CLAIMS it has the power (under a Clinton-era law nobody knows about) that says they have the power to garnish the wages of people who are ACCUSED of environmental “crimes.” Of course, it is the EPA that decided their guilt, not a COURT They SAY there is “due process” for these “violators.” But it is NOT a “court of law.” It is an EPA “adjudicator,” which is NOT a court. This is obviously a “power grab” on the part of the EPA. We have given agencies like this way too much power. Did you know the EPA has a “SWAT Team?” It is this kind of thing that gives the feds dictatorial powers. (Fox News)
