Don't Mess With Texas!

When will criminals learn? In Texas, just about everybody is armed; at least in their homes. So if you want to break in and burglarize a home, make sure nobody is home. For a change, this crook (who is not named in the story) will benefit by this advice because he is expected to survive. If this homeowner had not been armed, what would have happened? He’d have been robbed, and possibly assaulted, maybe killed. But, contrary to what the anti-gun fanatics say, it is the robber who is in the hospital and destined for a long jail sentence when he recovers. This homeowner didn’t shoot himself, nor did the bad guy take his gun away from him and shoot him with his own gun. (The Blaze)
