Subversive Judge?

Why did that federal judge take it upon herself to interrupt the questioning of the Boston Bombing suspect and put a stop to the questioning being pursued by the FBI? This is subversion of the investigation into the multiple killing and maiming of many people and that judge should be sharply questioned and even CHARGED with OBSTRUCTION. A federal judge should not be above the law and be able to BLOCK an investigation this way, The “Exemption” they were using to avoid extending him these rights was valid because what he did was an “act of war,” not a civil crime. That judge had no legal reason to “rush in” and read him his rights, thus shutting him up. SOMEBODY didn’t want him to talk; why? Was it Obama? Is this pat of a coverup? Did he know something Obama didn’t want to get out?  We need to take appropriate action. (Just common sense)
