Drug Tests for Welfare Recipients?

They’d better polish up their expertise for this. People on welfare have nothing constructive to do, as do those who work for a living. So they do stupid things like use drugs. But they’re EXPERTS at fooling drug tests. One of the common excuses government bureaucrats use is their workload. They always talk about how heavy their workload is. So that means the feds are going to have to hire a lot more people to do these drug tests and read them, which will be good for the employment numbers.
