Jail for Return Groping?

A woman in Phoenix “return groped” a female TSA (Tough Sh-t Administration) Agent while she was “feeling her up,” and got arrested. I guess it’s okay for the TSA to feel people up, but not for them to return the favor (unless she wants it). Maybe they ought to write out the rules so people will understand them. The rule here would be “We can feel you up, but you can’t do the same to us or you’ll go to jail.) Update: They dropped the charges against her, but not until it cost her a bundle for legal fees.
