Lowering Standards

In Dayton, Ohio, they’re lowering their standards for new police officers because the feds are requiring it. I’m going to stay out of Dayton. I don’t want to run into one of those less intelligent, less able cops. They’re doing this because “not enough minorities are passing the tests.” What the hell difference does THAT make? If not enough blacks and Hispanics and other nationalities don’t make it, THEY need to learn how to do better. The police department doesn’t need to make it EASIER for them. This is a good illustration of the effects of trying to “level the field.” Stupidity. This is the kind of putrid sludge we can expect with liberals in total command in Washington. What scares me is, how soon this will come to other cities, such as Denver, where I live. (Dayton News Source)
