Equaling the Union Effect

The Democrats are bemoaning the recent Supreme Court decision to allow corporations to spend as much money as they wish to influence elections. They’re afraid that corporations will be able to EQUAL the influence unions have had on elections, since Obama specifically exempted them from the law the Supremes overturned. They can’t have that. The unions are on Obama’s side, as long as he specifically exempts them from laws affecting other people. They talk about “opening it up to big money” while forgetting entirely that until now it has been open JUST to the “big money” the unions can spend by stealing their members’ money.
