OPEC: "No Need to Increase Production"

Of course! Sure, they represent only about a third of our oil imports, but that percentage WILL affect the price of oil in the world. And they don't want to do ANYTHING that will help oil prices go down. That's how they got "oil rich." By conning our oil companies into drilling on their soil, then "nationalizing" the result and forming a cartel to keep prices high by making sure production stays low. Sure, they "see no need to increase production." But they're right when they suggest WE ought to increase production, in spite of our "environmental extremists" who seem to be able to keep ANY oil exploration OR refining from happening here, but they're pretty sure those ignorant environmental extremists won't let us.
