Blame the Economy

Home Depot is closing some stores, citing the "bad economy" for their woes. But I have seen the result of inefficiency and incompetence in many different hierarchies, leading to bad management that results in this kind of thing. Politicians AND businessmen want to blame the economy when their bad business decisions and incompetence causes them problems, mainly because they find willing accomplices in government, and in the liberal media. The idea behind it is to make the economy look bad any way they can, to get us to APPROVE the things the liberals do to eliminate incentive in society and punish excellence while rewarding mediocrity.
