"Anchor Citizens"

Why should we REWARD people for breaking the law and coming here illegally by making their CHILDREN citizens? This provision has CREATED an untenable situation and told them all they have to do is come across the border any way they can and their children will be citizens, simply by being born here. The Constitution should be changed to REQUIRE citizenship on the part of the PARENTS in order for the children to become automatic citizens. Otherwise it is an INVITATION to illegal aliens.
