Obama (B. O.) Wants to Control the Internet

And in so doing, stifle most of the dissent that has allowed us to keep SOME of our rights, if not our money. If he makes it, he’ll certainly put ME (and a lot of other dissenters) out of business. Obama Opens U. S. Oil Drilling

That’s the headline, but, as usual, it’s wrong. “The headlines read that President Obama is opening up the oil spigots and attempting to wean America off its dependence on foreign oil. But that's what the headlines read - what's the rest of the story? Rep. Mike Pence says this: “As usual the devil is in the details. Only in Washington, D.C., can you ban more areas to oil and gas exploration than you open up, delay the date of your new leases and claim you’re going to increase production." 20% Value-Added Tax

They want to impose one. That’s IN ADDITION to the existing income taxes. Do you know how much of a percentage of your income that is? You’re already paying more than 50% of your income for the taxes levied on you by all the various levels of government, not even talking about the many LEVELS OF TAXES on the same money you’re paying now to ALL levels, INCLUDING the feds?Are you going to gullibly just continue to pay this theft of your earnings? Or are you going to do something about it? I favor a national sales tax (not that big—maybe 5%, because everybody would be paying it if they didn’t Make “special circumstances” exclusions) But NOT IN ADDITION to existing taxes. How they think they can get away with that is beyond me. (Just common sense)

Inflation: Stealing Your Money

In order to raise taxes, Obama must go to Congress and have a law passed. But he doesn’t need to do that to order more money to be printed BY “The Fed.” Every dollar printed and put into circulation reduces the value of EVERY dollar now in existence, which takes money away from EVERY American who earns a living and pays taxes This is how the government can raise taxes without having Congress pass a law. We need to make a law forcing him to ask permission (with the attendant publicity) to print more money. But that’s never going to happen because a majority of lawmakers are his accomplices. We need to find some way to “go around” such criminality in Congress and in the Executive or we’re going to soon realize that we’re bankrupt. (Just common sense)

Doonesbury Again

He has spent the last week making a parody of the Tea Party movement. He’s working so hard at it he actually showed his complete IGNORANCE of the world in this particular strip when he had a goofy clown-looking man talk about attracting people who believe the government is fascist, AND those who believe it is socialist. He just doesn’t know (or ignores) that they’re both collectivism; only the details differ. Under socialism, the government owns the means of production and, naturally, controls everything; while under fascism, the PEOPLE “own” their property, but the GOVERNMENT controls it, and everything else. Both involve TOTAL CONTROL over everything. This is something that escapes those who know nothing, mostly through not paying attention to politics. Doonesbury, however, doesn’t have that excuse. There’s a “second American revolution” coming. I can feel it, and I sympathize with it (though I don’t intend to be its progenitor). You can only push the American people so much, Obama (I refuse to add the honorific, “President” to such a man as Obama). They proved that with the first American Revolution. The video you can view if you click the link below is just one part of the evidence that Obama will soon face a REAL uprising of the people if he doesn’t stop what he’s doing, and soon. I’ve seen bad presidents, but Obama puts new meaning to the term. I’ve seen presidents I wish were gone, but none that made me AFRAID for my country. He needs to be GONE, as soon as possible. Not in 2012, but sooner. His actions even so far are, to me, grounds for impeachment, which will probably never happen, because a majority of Congress today are his ACCOMPLICES and will never impeach him, OR remove him from office. It's All A MIstake

A Qatari "diplomat" who thought the “no smoking rule” on airplanes didn’t apply to him caused an international incident when he “joked” about “setting his shoes on fire” when confronted as he left the bathroom on the airplane after sneaking a smoke. Now officials say it was “all a mistake.” I agree. It was a mistake BY that insipid, cocky “diplomat” who thinks he’s above the rules others must follow. He MUST be a liberal (or whatever they call it in his country). He’s probably the son of a high-ranking government official there who has no skills, so they gave him a diplomatic post. He obviously has no diplomatic skills. He’s a “pretty little man” who probably uses being “pretty” to his advantage. (Business Week)

50% Pay NO Taxes

This article equates getting a tax refund with “a payday,” but to most people who DO get a refund it is getting back the money the government held, and collected interest on for a year. But the fact is, OVER half of the U. S. population pays NO income tax because their “income” is a welfare check. And that number is growing, fast, and will grow faster as Obama’s socialist dreams are realized. The top 10% of earners (Obama’s definition of rich), households EARNING an average of $366,400 in 2006, paid about 73% of all government-collected income taxes. The bottom 40%, (including those collecting a welfare check every month) pay NO TAXES at all. 50% of the people are getting something for nothing, according to Curtis Dubay, Senior tax policy analyst at the Heritage Foundation.

All this is not Obama’s fault, though (yet). All his “tax cuts” are “targeted tax cuts,” put in place to make sure certain people do what they’re told (and aren't really "tax cuts" at all, but are government spending programs). There are some "tax credits" for people who do what they're told. His tax INCREASES far outweigh the few paltry “tax cuts” he claims, along with his frightening spending and money-printing, which will cause massive inflation (inflation is "taxation without Congressional action") in the NEAR future, which is massive THEFT from Americans since it makes ALL money in existence worth less. America is broke. It just doesn’t know it yet, because it can still borrow and continue to spend as long as countries like communist China will buy our debt. That will not last long. I just hope I don’t live long enough to suffer from it. (Yahoo finance)

Sorry Folks

I was in the hospital from Sunday to Tuesday trying to get my blood pressure back down to manageable proportions. It was 230/130 and went down to 96/57 for a while as a result of aggressive treatment. It's under better control now, so I'm back at work irritating liberals.

Discrediting The Tea Party

How do you tell who is “throwing eggs,” hollering out the “N” word, or “Jew” or doing other silly, stupid stuff like spitting on a politician at a Tea Party meeting? The liberals are trying hard to provoke “Tea Partiers” into doing these things, and when they won't cooperate, they do it themselves and the liberal news media dutifully shows them and blames them on the Tea Party. Recently, a liberal reporter was caught throwing an egg at a Tea Party event, then reporting it as something a Tea Party member did. That he was exposed is thanks to a Tea Party member who had a cell phone video camera (liberals will probably soon want to ban those). But the big problem is that if an UNIDENTIFIED, unidentifiable person does something like that, it will be easily blamed on Tea Party members because one is hard to tell from another. Making sense of this is easy. Just don’t believe any liberal press reports of Tea Party members doing such stupid things. They don’t, and we know liberals are actively trying to “pony up” proof they are, and can’t find any; so they make it up. (Just common sense)

Obama's Private Army

Remember when Obama said he wanted a “private defense force not pledged to support the Constitution (the key is, "not pledged to support the Constitution")? He has it now, and it looks suspiciously like Hitler’s “Brown shirts.” The funding is buried in the health care swindle bill, as are many other things he couldn’t get passed otherwise, such as a national ID card, something liberals (and even some conservatives) have wanted for years. They’ve tried many times, unsuccessfully, until they hid it in Obama’s “big bill.” If he keeps it up, soon he will be America’s Hitler. And I expect a visit from his Brown shirts soon. What infuriates me is that way too many people just don’t realize this because they’re “headline readers,” and headlines often say just the opposite of what the real story is. (Survival Station)

We Are LIVING "Atlas Shrugged"

Ayn Rand was prophetic when she wrote “Atlas Shrugged,” the story of what would happen if “the men of the mind” refused to any more offer the world the fruits of their minds and withdrew their minds and the products thereof from the market. Since offering the fruits of their minds to the world and only getting ridicule and theft of what they were offering by the “looters” of society for the benefit of the “moochers” of society, who only wanted to live at someone else’s expense without effort to themselves, it just wasn’t “paying off” for the producers. So the only group of people who had never “gone on strike” did so. But they made no demands. They just “went away” and let the looters and moochers perish on their own, since they could not equal the accomplishments of “the men of the mind.”

Today, our government is doing exactly the same things (under different titles) as those “out-of-control” politicians and bureaucrats in her book did. Example: The “Citizen’s Reinvestment Act of 1976,” which FORCED lenders to loan money to people who COULD not, WOULD not pay it back; the very same thing the government, in her book, “ordered” Midas Mulligan,” her premier banker to do, which he refused to do, and disappeared. As key “producers” of society did the same, one by one, when they “got enough” from the looters, society collapsed; as it ultimately will in real life if we don’t get rid of the looters now running our government. the national budget increased $1.5 trillion dollars under the entire eight years of "conservative" George Bush, but has increased $1 TRILLION in Obama's FIRST 100 DAYS in office. She scares Liberals To Death

You can always be sure liberals will tell you who scares them the most. It’s always the ones they “dump on” the most. Today it’s Sarah Palin, the one who even resigned as governor of Alaska to give herself more time to tell the truth about BOTH parties. Liberals work very hard to discredit her, but all they do is discredit themselves. NBC’s Ann Curry tried very hard to get former presidential candidate and current Arizona Senator McCain to condemn Sarah’s words as “incendiary language,” She considered not his backbone. When he nicely told her to “go to hell,” she gave up. (News Busters)

They Never Read What We Write

Those who consider themselves liberals in this country, but who are simply “useful idiots” to chant what they’ve been told by the REAL liberals running our government, criticize people like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and even me because of what their “liberal gods” tell them we say. They don’t listen to what we SAY. They only listen to what their friends TELL them we say. One guy recently told me Rush was an idiot. Then in the next breath he told me he had never listened to Rush for more than five minutes. He had NO IDEA of what Rush REALLY says. He only knows what his friends TELL him Rush said, and that is predictably twisted. This is the kind of person who voted Obama into office, and he will be surprised when we become a socialist country (if he even notices). He probably won’t because he is “proudly ignorant.” (Just common sense)

A Dead Man Threatens

Obama—er, uh, Osama is threatening to kill American troops if we DARE to kill his murdering thugs we now have in custody. Tell me: how is this different from what his people do every day? Does he (if he’s still alive and kicking) really think we will just “let them go” if he threatens to do what he does every day?: What a fool he has running his organization! Does he forget Daniel Pearl and others his people have brutally murdered? How about the Americans his people murdered, then strung up on a bridge? Gawd, these people are STUPID! As stupid as they are, how is it that we haven’t completely destroyed them? Maybe it’s because they’re like roaches, who scatter when you turn on the lights. They kill from ambush, then “run for the hills” when you start killing them. This makes it hard to “run them down” and kill them. The only answer is to kill them where they stand when they’re “caught in the act.” That way, they can’t “grandstand” this way. (The Guardian)

No Guns Needed

A man walked into a school in China, and killed eight (count ‘em, EIGHT) children. NOBODY in the school was armed and able to stop him because of STIFF anti-gun laws in communist China. “SHANGHAI — A former community doctor allegedly stabbed to death eight children and injured five others at a primary school in east China's Fujian province, the authorities said, as China grapples with a rise in high-profile criminal violence in its cities.” Notice, in a country with “no-nonsense” anti-gun laws for its citizens, criminals find a way to increase the violence. This proves my thesis that if there were NO GUNS in society, the “bad guys” would find a way to kill, maim, and intimidate people. The answer is to allow RESPONSIBLE people to get “carry” permits easily, or just make carrying guns “under cover” legal so those (usually) illegally armed criminals cannot ever be sure their intended victims will not be armed and able to defend themselves. There's certainly nothing out there to keep criminals from getting their illegal guns. This would cause most of them (criminals are basically cowards) to go into other lines of crime. Children Out Of Control

In New York, bands of children are beating up on random people and the ”authorities” are upset about it and want to “hold the parents responsible.” The “child protectors” will PUT YOU IN PRISON if you so much as “raise your hand” to your children, and when they predictably get in trouble, they want to hold YOU responsible. I think the “child protection services” (no matter what name they go under) should be held responsible for making it impossible to control your children. I would never “beat” a child. But corporal punishment should NEVER be removed from consideration. If a child KNOWS ha/she will NEVER suffer it, he/she will be uncontrollable. In my case, I used mild corporal punishment on my children early in their lives so they’d know I would do it. In their later childhood it was not necessary BECAUSE they knew I would do it.

But you can’t convince these “child protectors” of that. They have “dirty minds” and they think ANY corporal punishment is “beating” the child. They think ANY “touching” of a child is sex abuse. They overreact as a matter of course. They will “swoop in” and REMOVE the child as a FIRST OPTION at the slightest hint of physical punishment. Then they’ll tell the child (if they’re allowed to return home at all) that all they have to do is “drop a dime” on their parents if they EVER feel they’re being “abused,” and they’ll “take care of it.” So next thing that happens, the kids tell you they’ll “tell CPS” if you do so much as put them on restriction, and the “child protectors” will come out and harass you, maybe even put you in prison. This abuse of the system has GOT to stop before they ruin our youth entirely. (New York Examiner)

ACORN Shutting Down?

After all the whining and crying about the unfairness of the video showing their people agreeing to help a pimp and prostitute set up a whorehouse and fool the government, threatening to sue them, they’ve decided to shut down because of a lack of funds. Their donors, having seen what they do, stopped supporting them. Maybe this should have been done BEFORE the 2008 election, to stop this monster (Obama) and all his monster friends (Democrats) from being elected. Maybe if they were fighting for their very lives, they couldn’t steal enough votes to get them elected. Later information tells us they're just changing their name, as liberals always do when people "catch on" to the name they're using. (Washington Examiner)

Tinsley sums up the entire political picture in one illustration, something he does really well. I swear, this man is a genius, which is why liberals hate him so much. He makes them all look silly, and with ease. Of course, it’s easy to make liberals look silly, but he does it easier than anybody else I know. I'd suggest running him for president, but when he won (he would, as would Mickey Mouse if he ran against Obama), he wouldn't have time to do his brilliant cartoons, and I wouldn't want that. What would Reagan do?

It seems as if Obama is asking himself that question, then doing just the opposite. “Indeed, I sometimes suspect that Obama's sole approach to any policy problem is to ask himself ‘What Would Reagan Do?’ and then do the opposite--while expecting the same results. So, for instance, Obama thinks that by raising taxes, increasing spending, and weakening the dollar he can restore prosperity just as effectively as Reagan did by cutting taxes, slashing spending, and strengthening the dollar.” Obama has enough history to look at to figure out how to make this economy better, but he does exactly the opposite of what Reagan did to SUCCESSFULLY bring the economy back under control after the diaster caused by (Democrat) Jimmy Carter and his gang. The only way to repair what Obama is doing is to GET RID OF HIM after getting rid of his voting majority in the 2010 election. Don’t bet on it. They’re just “morphing” into something else under new names. They know they’ve been “found out” and are doing what most con men do when they’re “found out.” Change their name and move to another town. I did an item the other day about them “going bankrupt and changing their name.” They will be “Community Organizations International (COI) Watch for them to be in the same old business of vote-stealing and other crimes, but under new names and in a different place. This is funny, aside from the fact that these three would never be on the same plane at the same time. It it went down, we’d all be better off: “Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and Obama were on an airplane coming back from California to Washington. Harry Reid said; ‘If I dropped a $10,000 bill out the window, I would make one person very happy!’ Nancy Pelosi said; ‘If I dropped ten $1000 bills out the window, I would make ten people very happy!’ Obama said; ‘If I dropped one hundred $100 bills out the window, I would make one hundred people very happy!’ The pilot then turned around and said; ‘If I dropped the three of you out the window, I would make six billion people very happy!’ " (This was sent me by e-mail: author unknown) For any bureaucrats reading this: I do not promote "dropping Obama out of a plane." Keeping Us Down

They beat us (narrowly) on Obama’s health care swindle. He has signed it. It is now “the law of the land.” To oppose it now with action is “lawbreaking” because these radical socialists are in power. So what do they do? Do they take time and celebrate? No. They break out the other VERY divisive issue they’ve had “waiting in the wings,” Immigration reform, which is “code” for “forgiving” illegal aliens and allowing them to vote. So who will they vote FOR? The DEMOCRATS, of course. Meanwhile, they’re trying to eliminate the ban on felons voting. Thus creating thousands, even MILLIONS MORE new voters who will predictably vote for whom? DEMOCRATS, of course, because they will be grateful to them for returning to them the right to vote. At the same time, these issues will keep US “stirred up” and “in the streets” while they paint us as the “bomb-throwers” THEY used to be in the sixties. Americans do not like “bomb-throwers.” They know that. That’s why they lost the last time. (Just common sense)

Blaming Rush for "GOP Waterloo"

A single defeat, by just a few votes, does not a “Waterloo” make. And Rush is not to blame. His rhetoric nearly caused a “Waterloo” for Obama. It’s not a “Waterloo” unless you’re basing your personal future on it. “Looking at the state of both parties after President Obama’s health bill win in the House, ABC’s Terry Moran elevated the view of ‘prominent conservative’ David Frum [NOT a conservative -RT], author a year ago of Newsweek’s ‘Why Rush is Wrong’ cover story, who blamed Rush Limbaugh and Fox News for what he’s dubbed the GOP’s ‘Waterloo.’ On Nightline, Moran contended ‘anger, stoking it, expressing it, riding it...was the Republican strategy to defeat health care. And over the weekend all that anger got ugly, as some Democratic Members of Congress were called vial (sic), racial and anti-gay slurs’.” (ABC’s Terry Moran) But I’d bet those racial and anti-gay slurs were hurled by liberals, so they could blame them on conservatives. But you don’t have to be a conservative to be against Obama’s health care swindle. You only have to be somewhat intelligent, as the people who wrote this are apparently not, if they can’t spell a simple four-letter word like “vile.” (Media Research Center)

Ashamed to Be an American

I’m actually ashamed to be an American because of the stupidity of enough Americans to have actually elected a committed Marxist communist to the presidency. My own son is among those who think they “have more important things to do” than keep track of what their politicians are doing to them, and that what happens in Washington won’t affect them. He said as much the other day. He seems to think he, and his children will be dead and gone before Obama’s bill comes due. He’s wrong. He will begin paying higher taxes to pay for Obama’s “flights of fancy” next year and his sons will pay them all their lives. The longer Obama is in office and able to force his ideas on an unwilling populace, the higher his taxes will go and the more his life will be controlled by a nameless, faceless bureaucrat, somewhere. Using Sick People As "Props"

Liberals like to use sick people as “props” to pass their swindles into law. We could do the same thing with those who are being raped by the CURRENT health programs, all set up by the government (mostly liberals, sometimes otherwise). For instance: the government FORCED me into Bush’s “prescription drug program” and wanted to FINE me for not signing up for it for the first two years. I never signed up for it, but apparently I’m a member. The maker of Plavix WAS supplying me with Plavix, since I couldn’t afford this expensive, life-saving medicine. But the very fact of my BEING on Bush’s program stops them from supplying me, by law. Now they’re slowly removing ANY benefits I might have had from it, but I’m still “in the program” so I can't get any elsewhere, not even if I pay for it. They want me to come to them, hat in hand, begging for it to be reinstated. I will not. They’ll probably want to fine me for that. (Just common sense)

It's All The Liberals' (Democrats) Fault

Just about every bad thing that has happened in this country such as depressions, recessions, inflation and such can be traced back (if you’re really looking) to a liberal (Democrat) administration in power. It doesn’t have to be a Democrat president (though that makes it worse), but a Democrat majority in Congress—or at least a near majority able to enact legislation inimical to the good of the American people (Reagan's Congress spent $1.25 for every $1.00 his tax reduction increased the "tax take"). Look at the makeup of our government in the year the income tax was enacted; or when the Federal Reserve was created. Or when the “big depression” started (not necessarily when it began, but just before it began). Then examine the measures put in place during that period. It takes a little research, not just “surface examination.” If a conservative (or just a Republican) administration was in power at any of those times, look at what’s behind the action, and see who voted FOR it. This year has been “doubled down in spades” as the Obama administration goes about gaily spending our money and killing our economy. (Just common sense)

America Has Been Summarily Raped

We didn’t want Obama’s health care swindle. We made that plain in many ways. But he did every dirty trick in the book to pass his scheme into law, and this is being written within minutes of his signing it into law. There are many places where it is unconstitutional, but one of the most well-known is the violation of the Tenth Amendment that disallows the government from FORCING us to buy something from a private vendor. Obama thinks the courts will support him, but he may be very wrong. I will certainly refuse to obey this edict, and I will NOT pay his fine. So if he wants to make an example of a 73-year-old man and send me to prison, let him. Now he’s going to set out on yet another trip to “sell” it to the American people. He still thinks we’re too stupid to understand his words and he wants to tell us again. (CNN)

Do They Really Believe It?

That’s what Chris Matthews is asking, while repeating the usual (Democrat talking points) lie that Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity are only repeaters of the “GOP talking points” while he dutifully repeats all the Democrat talking points. When is HE going to wake up and discover that Obama and his “gang of thieves” are stealing from him as much as from everybody else? Maybe when it starts affecting his paycheck. Or do people like him even notice that, since they make a lot more than it takes to keep them going—unlike the rest of us. They make those “princely salaries” (millions of dollars) for fooling the public on a daily basis and criticize people who have EARNED their riches, just as if they did, too. (Media Research Center)

Declaring War On Us

Our own government has declared war on us. Apparently, most Americans think it’s okay to burn 86 women and children to death (Waco, TX, under Clinton/Reno), and for a “government agent” to murder a woman with a child in her arms , from hiding (Ruby Ridge, again under Clinton/Reno). He was charged with murder by a state court and the feds used trickery to get him out of it, This apparently created a precedent when nobody was punished in either case. The man who murdered the mother with the child in her arms even got a commendation (quietly) for that murder. One man wrote to Ben Nighthorse Campbell, who answered that he didn’t give a damn what this man thought. This administration passes laws that are clearly unconstitutional and the Supreme Court allows it. Obama “rules” by Executive Order, trillion dollar laws to control us all are passed into law by “deeming” them to be passed when they weren’t voted on by ANYBODY (well, maybe not--this time). The Constitution is blatantly ignored, without even the PRETENSE of following it. If we don’t start paying attention to what they’re doing and holding them accountable, we will soon be subjects of a new dictatorship. (Just common sense)

Making It A Big Thing

The liberal media is making a “big thing” out of 1,000 total deaths in the entire Afghan operation, but completely forget that we averaged losing 416 PER DAY in World War II (Wickipedia). Not that this is a GOOD thing, but it is not nearly as bad as they like to paint it. Should we “cut and run” because we’ve taken some casualties? No. If we do, we’re going to suffer even more casualties, some of them right in your town, when the terrorists are incentivized by our cowardice in running away and intensify their actions. The Way Liberals Think

They “talk down” big corporations, saying we should get rid of them all. But obviously they haven’t thought it through; big corporations are made up of PEOPLE. The people who own part of the corporation, the people who depend on it for their living, and those who depend on the products these corporations put out. Israel vs. Palestinians

The Palestinians like to think they have the right to land that is now Israel, due to both a League of Nations AND a United Nations mandate. I’m not sure how binding such mandates are, but the Palestinials “went to war” about it—and lost, many times. So there it is. That land belongs by right of conquest, to Israel. The Palestinians have no claim to it. But they still want it for the site of a future Palestinian State—which will never exist—in the lifetimes of those now living, at least. "Following the Holocaust, in which 6 million Jews were killed by the Nazis, pressure on Britain increased to allow Jewish immigration to Palestine. In 1947, the UN partitioned the land into Arab and Jewish states. The Arabs did not accept the partition and war broke out. The Jews won a decisive victory, expanded their state and created several hundred thousand Palestinian refugees. The Arab states refused to recognize Israel or make peace with it. Wars broke out in 1956, 1967, 1973 and 1982, and there were many terror raids and Israeli reprisals. Each side believes different versions of the same history. Each side views the conflict as wholly the fault of the other and expects an apology,” neither of which will happen." The liberals succeeded in “snatching defeat from the jaws of victory” in Viet Nam, and they’re trying their best to do the same in Iraq. Republicans Support Insanity

It IS insanity to allow a person who already has an expensive malady like cancer to buy insurance that covers the cost of caring for them—AFTER the cancer has been diagnosed. This would not be “insurance.” It would be STUPIDITY for an insurance company to “buy into” such insanity. But this government wants to make a law FORCING them to do it. How STUPID is this government? They prove their stupidity in many ways. This is just one of them. They also think they can “get guns off the street” by making laws against gun ownership for most people, completely ignoring the fact (not opinion) that criminals do not obey laws. Liberals Try to Push Brown

Several have asked him if he’s “worried that his policies will destroy Kennedy’s dream.” What a stupid question that is to ask a Republican; the Republican who finally overturned the Democrat hold on that seat, described in the biased liberal media as “Kennedy’s seat,” and which he held until his death earlier this year. Republicans are not concerned with “Kennedy’s dream.” It is NOT “their dream” and they have fought hard to destroy it. The “Massa incident” brings out the fact that Obama and the Democrats have a “scandal book” with the names and details of the scandal on every member of Congress so they can pull it out any time they need to destroy somebody, as they did Congressman Massa. Peelosi knew about him for many months before she made the scandal public when he would not vote for Obama’s health care swindle. But who cares if he’s gay; I don’t. I don’t care if Barney Frank is gay, either. I do care that he is corrupt and his corruption has never been brought out, and won’t be until Nancy (or somebody else) needs to bring him back into line. They Never Learn

Liberals (Democrats) just don’t learn from experience. Experience shows absolutely that people leave states with the highest taxes, but they don’t learn. They just say these people are foolish and go on raising taxes while the people with the money to leave, and who want to keep it, move to states with lower, or NO taxes. The gun-haters always have a plausible excuse to ban your ability to have a gun for self defense. In this case, they cite “security issues,” as if their cops COULD “keep the peace” in emergencies. Actually, they can’t. They’re too busy worrying about traffic and keeping people alive. But nothing ever stops the “anti-gun freaks” from doing everything they can to limit or erase your ability to defend YOURSELF from illegally-armed criminals, who don’t obey ANY laws. Bryant Gumbel, failed television anchor, says the Winter Olympics “looks like a GOP convention” because of the lack of blacks competing there. He forgets, or ignores altogether, that people competing there must be SKILLED competitors. They’re not chosen because of their color, their sex, or anything else. Just as other liberals ignore the fact that more blacks commit crimes than whites, contributing to the larger numbers of blacks in prison. I don’t just say this (which would make me a racist), it’s a FACT (for which they will CALL me a racist for saying), which liberals totally ignore, as Gumbal ignores the talent required to compete in the Olympics. These people really frost me, the way they twist the facts to make an illegitimate point. It Was Just An Excuse

When Rush Limbaugh was working as a sports commentator for ESPN and said McNabb was overrated, he got fired. That was just the excuse to get rid of him, since the top brass at ESPN is very liberal. How Rush got hired in the first place is beyond me. ESPN morning host Eric Kusileas said exactly the same thing the other day without any comment from anybody but Rush. Winning Friends and Influencing Votes

Obama is having a little problem getting the vote of one House member, so he appointed his brother to the Appeals Court. There are many other people qualified to sit on this court, but strangely, Obama chose the brother of a man from whom he desperately needs a vote to be able to impose his health care swindle on us. Of course, Obama and his friends are going to deny this appointment was motivated by that, as Democrats always do. They always deny it when they’re caught “with their hands in the “cookie jar” and it’s obvious they’re lying. Then they go right on as if we believed them, and ignore our cries, saying, “that’s old news” as if it just didn’t matter. In Houston, TX, the police chief wants to put cameras in private homes. That’s to supplement the thousands of video cameras they have planted everywhere to monitor what you do, outside your home. I just bought a new computer and it has a camera lens, aimed right at my face. Do we have the technical capability to allow the “authorities” to activate that camera without my knowledge and spy on me (This actually happened recently when a school activated the cameras on school issued computers and were even watching students disrobe. Yes, they were school-owned computers. But could they set up computers you buy to do the same thing?)? I’m putting some black tape over it. I don’t know. If this makes me sound paranoid, I don’t care. If they’re really trying to get you, there’s nothing wrong with being paranoid. He now wants to start a “global warming agency” in his administration. You know what that means: more billions of dollars down the global warming drain and into his, and Gore’s pockets. "We Don't Know What's Good For Us"

This quote comes from a gamer site, in a story about how a homosexual bunch came to like forcing small animals to fight. The theory is it comes from the proliferation of “Pokemon,” (pocket monsters) a game about fighting small animals.” In this story was a quote from an obvious liberal, “Pastor Timothy Harris, of Oakwood Baptist Church claims that the presence of the game itself is dangerous and magnifies the evil in the world on a spiritual level. “We need to have more control over what people see on a daily basis,” says Harris, who is also a lobbyist for the Christian Law Association. “Our society has no idea what its best interests are, and it is a result of video games and other media acting as a modern day Golden Calf.” I have never heard a better description of how ALL liberals view the rest of us. They don’t include themselves in the description of “our society,” but reserve that for “everybody else.” Which is why liberal politicians have such contempt for the people who put them in office. They think ONLY they know what’s best for us, and if we don’t realize that, we’re stupid. The only problem there is THEY just don’t use common sense in the things they design for US. Taxing "The Rich"

Liberals like to gripe about “the rich,” blaming them for all our nation’s ills, even though it is “the rich” that create ALL jobs and the profits that make this world operate. Katie Couric (who “earns” $11 MILLION a year to flap her lip is one of the biggest slammers of “the rich” out there. Funny; most congresspeople are rich. They came to Washington broke, but after a few years at the ”public trough,” they’re all rich. Especially the Democrats, and including some Republicans. Lowering the Bar

Liberals think fooling kids into THINKING they’re smarter than they are will make them BE so. It won’t. I recently heard they were lowering the percentage for a passing grade to 40% so less intelligent kids can pass their courses whether or not they’re smart enough. This cannot work, but try and convince a liberal of that, since most of them were educated in a liberal school environment and aren’t really very smart. They think “lowering the bar” and making the kids “feel better” about themselves will equate to better intelligence. It won’t. The only good thing about this is that sooner or later these kids will be “in charge” and people who have CONSERVATIVE-based educations will be able to make them look like the fools they are. There’s a difference between “self-esteem” and “self-image.” Self-esteem is based on a LIE: people lying to you about your talents and abilities so you THINK you’re smarter than you are; self-image is based on TRUTH. Giving Themselves Awards

If anybody wonders why liberals get so many awards, and conservatives—not so many, there’s a good reason. Most of the “recognized” awards are given out by liberals, to other liberals. Liberals don’t give awards to conservatives very often. Rush Limbaugh was a candidate for the Nobel Prize at the same time as AlGore. Gore won it because the winners were decided by liberals, who can’t control who NOMINATES people for that award—although it’s an honor just to be NOMINATED. Gore and his co-winner both got it for the lies they were telling about global warming—oops! I forgot. Gore doesn’t want people to use that term anymore, since it became clear the globe was not warming any more and hasn’t been since 2000 or before. His swindle is collapsing, but they can’t take back the Nobel, unfortunately (nor the money given with it), even if it is found the reason why someone won it is a lie. (MSNBC)

Some countries are having good economic news lately. Unfortunately, the US is not among them. Cuba, for instance, is showing signs of economic improvement by allowing its peasants to practice limited capitalism. “According to the Washington Post, ‘The Cuban government, in its most dramatic reform since [Raul] Castro took over for his ailing older brother Fidel three years ago, is offering private farmers... the use of fallow state lands to grow crops -- for a profit’." Sounds a little like what communist China is doing, and which is allowing THEM to improve economically. That this proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that a LITTLE capitalism will overcome a LOT of collectivism (communism) is not even necessary to mention. (Mark Scousen)

That seems to be the aim of the media (including Fox News). Fox local in Denver is running a story about how “dirty” the workout equipment at local spas is. This, of course, ignores entirely the fact that everything you touch is just as dirty. You don’t have to be “working out” to come in contact with germs. So why single out the “work out” business? Mainly because they just want to scare us and create a crisis. You can bet the government (state and federal) will take notice of this series and come up with more tight regulations and laws “to combat germs,” of course. Giving Each Other Awards

You’ve probably wondered how it is that liberals get so many awards, while conservatives—not so much. The answer is simple. The liberals put much store in such awards and they make sure liberals get them, whether or not they deserve them. Conservatives, on the other hand, are more interested in RESULTS—not their “good wishes” and awards don’t mean as much to them. That’s one reason why self-described communist Van Jones got an award from the NAACP for ”being an American treasure (What a stupid award for him to get.).”Jones, who served as an adviser to the White House Council on Environmental Quality, generated mounting criticism last summer, first for calling Republicans "assholes" during a videotaped address earlier in the year and then for signing a petition in 2004 supporting the "9/11 truther" movement, which believes the Bush administration may have been involved in the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. The latter development, which came on top of several others, was perhaps the most devastating and led to calls for his resignation. But than made no difference to the NAACP, who singled this communist out for the honor. (Fox News)

Peelosi's Own Personal Air Taxi

“According to World Net Daily (WND), Judicial Watch has obtained documents under the Freedom of Information Act which reveal that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has spent over $2.1 million on air travel over the last two years, treating the Air Force jets on which she flies as if they were her own personal air taxi service. She often reserves the jets, then cancels them at the last minute despite the considerable cost involved in pre-flight preparations. Worse, $101,000 of that total was for food and alcohol consumed by her, her staff, her family members and other invited passengers while in flight." She’s like “The Queen” and obviously thinks she’s more important than the president. It’s like a “wild frat party” in the air, paid for by you and I. (American Family Association)

"Concentrating on Accomplishments"

That’s what Obama is saying to Democrats. That they should concentrate on their accomplishments, rather than on their losses. Only problem there is there are NO accomplishments for them to concentrate on. They have failed at everything they’ve tried, and are ready to fail at the rest. He’s given away BILLIONS to “Stimulate the economy,” with NO effect. He “took over” GM, hoping to help them make more profit, though he hasn’t the slightest idea how. In fact, he HATES profit, which is the “lubrication” that makes the wheels of the world turn. He doesn’t know HOW to make the economy better, and won’t even LISTEN to those who do. He THINKS he does, but everything he does makes it worse. (Just common sense)

Another School Shooting

Every school in the land is a “gun-free zone.” Which means it’s illegal to bring a gun into the school, at any time, unless you are a policeman. But crazies who shoot up schools don’t care about the law. They don’t obey laws that say they can’t take a gun into that school. I predict that the “anti-gun Nazis” will demand even more restrictive anti-gun laws as a result of the shooting on February 23, 2010 at aJefferson County, Colorado middle school, even though such laws NEVER do anything to stop such people from shooting up a school and, in fact, make such shootings even more possible and likely by assuring the shooter there will be nobody there armed and willing to stop them. There has never been a shooing at a gun show because a potential shooter KNOWS there are guns and people willing to use them in self defense there. A uniformed, armed policeman won’t work because they KNOW he is armed and can take him out first, before anybody is ready.

I’m not suggesting they let the students be armed. I AM suggesting that teachers and staff who have a concealed carry permit be allowed to carry their guns into the school specifically so a potential shooter cannot be sure there will be no one there to stop their rampages. And I suggest those teachers and staff be ENCOURAGED to get a gun and a carry permit so there WILL be someone there who can protect these defenseless students. The same holds true elsewhere. ANYBODY who can qualify for a carry permit should be allowed to carry his gun into what is now a no-gun zone. That way, illegally armed criminals cannot ever be SURE they can shoot people at will with nobody able to defend themselves. Anti-gun laws just do NOT work, so why do we continue to make more and more, every time somebody shoots someone with an illegal gun? (Fox News)

"Take Me At My Word"

That’s what Obama says about gun rights. But his track record for telling the truth is abysmal, so why should we believe ANYTHING he says, about anything? “Obama lied when he said ‘I'm not going to take your guns away’ and ‘Lawful gun owners have nothing to fear...I think people can take me at my word.’ Yet Obama's agenda has a national gun owner registration scheme to authorize the government to ban firearm possession for any person by merely adding that person's name to the terror watch list.” And there is no legal requirement to be met to add your name to that list. His “State of the Union” speech was a litany of lies, as are all of his speeches, and was designed (as usual) to con us into believing his lies. This article takes that speech, item by item, and shows where the lies are. One of the basic lies is that Republicans have nothing to offer in the way of ideas to counter his own. That’s a lie. They DO have many ideas, but he will not listen to them. He says his plan will not increase costs, and will LOWER them. This is a blatant lie. Following the Same Path

Right now I’m reading the history of the Bolshevik takeover of the Russian government in 1917. They followed the exact same plan Obama is using right now to “collectivize” this country. Lenin was popularly elected and immediately “targeted” the rich, which included ANYBODY who owned property or a business. He told people “only the rich” would ever pay his excessive proposed taxes, then applied them to everybody. Soon his people were taking over and closing businesses at the point of a gun and running the owners out (without compensation). Soon, the owners were “allowed” to live in ONE ROOM of the home they formerly owned. Obama is making much progress in this direction. You can expect the “home and property confiscations” to begin soon. You may say I’m an “extremist” for this, but it is true. People who tried to warn the Russians about the onslaught of communism (a form of collectivism) were called “extremists,” too. If we don’t “wake up” and put some roadblocks in his way, Obama will become the Lenin of the USA. I won’t be here to see it, thank God. I’ll be dead; I hope. Unless it happens quickly. I know that’s a “death knell” for innocent Iranians, but it’s the only way to keep Ahmadinjerk from killing a lot more people when he attacks Israel in an effort to “push them into the sea,” as he has promised. The Mullahs or the people themselves should have taken him down well before now. The only thing keeping him from it was lack of that capability. He has now announced that he now HAS that capability and as crazy and ignorant as he is, it’s only a matter of time until he explodes a nuclear device in the Middle East (IF he is telling the truth, which is doubtful), killing a lot of innocent people. It's Not Guns, Stupid!

Anti-gun freaks blame guns for violence, but it’s not the guns. We had violence long before guns were invented. Remember the time when everybody carried a sword and sword fights were a popular way of settling disputes? If every gun in existence were “zapped” and disappeared from the world (an impossibility, but one the anti-gun freaks wish for) bad guys would find other ways to maim and kill people. They talk about “life being cheap,” not mentioning that it was people like that who MADE it cheap when they pushed the killing of the result of unprotected sex, rather than use a rubber. It’s NOT guns that made it cheap. Criminals and crazy bad guys seem always to get a gun when they want to shoot up a bunch of people, usually IN a “gun-free zone.” Has anybody ever successfully shot up a gun show, where everybody was armed? Going Out On A Limb

I’m going to go a little bit out on a limb (but not very much) and predict that, as with ALL “random shootings” in “gun-free zones,” the “anti-gun freaks” are going to use this shooting to call for even more limits on gun ownership and concealed carry. Will they try also to ban small planes because of the Austin, TX IRS-targeted plane crash? Logic would tell anybody with a modicum of intelligence that people who are bent on committing a crime aren’t going to be too worried about violating anti-gun laws. Progressive Liberalism

The “progressives” stole the term “liberalism” when we got wise to the name “progressive” in the early 1900s. Then years later, when those who knew what progressivism was were either dead or senile, or so old they didn’t care anymore, they changed it back and are now promoting the word “progressive” again. The problem is, the words are INTERCHANGEABLE. Liberalism today is NOTHING like the “classical liberalism” of the Founder’s time. Liberal in that day meant small government without much power, low taxes, etc. All the things conservatives stand for now. Liberalism today is basically an obfuscation word that means collectivist. Following The Same Path

Right now I’m reading the history of the Bolshevik takeover of the Russian government in 1917. They followed the exact same plan Obama is using right now to “collectivize” this country. Lenin was popularly elected and immediately “targeted” the rich, which included ANYBODY who owned property or a business. He told people “only the rich” would ever pay his excessive proposed taxes, then applied them to everybody. Soon his people were taking over and closing businesses at the point of a gun and running the owners out. Soon, the owners were “allowed” to live in ONE ROOM of the home they formerly owned. Obama is making much progress in this direction. You can expect the “home and property confiscations” to begin soon. You may say I’m an “extremist” for this, but it is true. People who tried to warn the Russians about the onslaught of communism (a form of collectivism) were called “extremists,” too. If we don’t “wake up” and put some roadblocks in his way, Obama will become the Lenin of the USA. I won’t be here to see it, thank God. I’ll be dead; I hope. Unless it happens quickly. He Wants It all His Own Way

Obama tells the Republicans “we’ve been demonizing each other so much” it’s hard for us to find areas of agreement. Actually, all the “demonizing” has come from his side. We’ve just been telling the truth about him while he has been lying about us. When he speaks of “areas of agreement,” he means areas where WE agree with HIM, not the other way around. He talks about using “good ideas” from both sides, but so far, he hasn’t recognized ANY “good ideas” from any side but his own, which is all socialism in one form or another. If he “takes” a good idea from our side, he claims it as his own. At his much-ballyhooed meeting with Republicans, he didn’t invite agreement; he just “chewed their butts” and told them how things were going to be.

But they aren’t going to be that way after the next couple of elections if enough Americans have started paying attention to his “rape of America.” The Huffington Post talks about the Republicans getting "newly torn a--holes. (and they didn't even 'clean it up')." Obama got one, too, but he he's too dumb to realize it. He's got too many calluses there. He got some very serious questions, which he didn't answer. He just talked right over them while criticizing Republican administrations past. I don't often read HP, but every time I do, I notice how crass it is. Frankly, I don't believe any Republican talked about having "two a--holes" in public. I think that's a typical Huffington lie. (Huffington Post)

"Obama's Great Achievement"

It happens I agree with Biden that following Bush’s lead in handling Iraq might be Obama’s “great achievement” in office, since he has nothing better to claim for his own. I know liberals think he does, because everything he does advances our move toward collectivism (socialism, communism, fascism), and that’s what they consider good. I don’t. I don’t believe the government ought to be able to micromanage my life, forcing me to go, “hat in hand,” to some nameless, faceless bureaucrat for permission to do things that ARE my right, by right of birth. "Stimulating" the Economy

The way Obama is doing it will not work. Taking money from one segment of the economy and giving it to another doesn’t “create new wealth.” It merely transfers existing wealth from one person to another. Raising taxes in a recession just makes the economy worse. Obama plans to allow Bush’s tax cuts to expire, which is, in effect, the biggest tax increase in years. He needs to lower the tax rate even more, which will stimulate business to make more money, and cause it to create more taxable income. That will increase the tax “take,” as it did when Reagan did it and almost DOUBLED the “tax take.” These are things the Democrats won’t admit because allowing people to keep more of what they earn doesn’t allow government to CONTROL things, and that’s what liberals are after, CONTROL. "Green Police" Coming

“The most interesting element of the Super Bowl wasn't the Super Bowl. It was an advertisement for the Audi A3 TDI. The commercial depicted uniformed officials arresting Americans for, among other offenses, asking for plastic bags at the grocery, throwing away batteries, failing to compost an orange peel and installing incandescent light bulbs. ‘Green Police,’ announces one of the green-clad fascisti. ‘You picked the wrong day to mess with the ecosystem, plastic boy’." This ad was done as a joke, but the “green police” aren’t that far in our future if Obama and his crowd stay in power. Already there are laws to CHARGE for plastic bags; an item once touted as a “green product” that “saved the trees,” and to BAN incandescent bulbs. It ignored, even then, that trees are a “renewable item.” When a tree is gone, it doesn’t disappear forever. You simply plant another one. Believe it or not, there are more forests today than 100 years ago. But the coming “green police” won’t care about that. The whole idea is based on false science they make up as they go along. Obama's Phony "Freeze"

Obama SAYS he is instituting a “freeze” on spending. But, as usual, that’s a lie. “Last year alone, the U.S. deficit hit $1.4 trillion on record spending of $3.7 trillion. The freeze will apply only to $447 billion in spending — just 12% of the total. Next year, if the freeze goes into effect, it will save just $15 billion — and $250 billion over 10 years.” (Investor’s Business Daily) Just 12 PERCENT! Just a teeny, tiny bit of total spending in an administration that has spent more than any president in history. Democrats said, “Bush lied, people died.” But they couldn’t come up with a real lie. This IS a “real lie, among many others Obama has told, including the one about taking over 1/7 of the economy (the medical business) will “cost you nothing” and all the promises he has made that will cost more than there is in existence, and which he KNOWS he can’t keep. The Right Girl

Jedediah Bila (Who would saddle a pretty girl with a name like Jedediah? That’s a bad enough name for a man!), who writes for AMAC, the upcoming rival for the ubiquitous organization for the aged, AARP (American Association for the Aged), the one that has sold us out by agreeing to promote Obama’s health care swindle, was asked many times if she still supported Sarah Palin after Sarah continued to support John McCain, after he proved he was a RINO and suppressed her during the election. One of the things I have always liked about Sarah is her determination to keep her word in spite of hell and the wishes of many others. I have never supported McCain, but I support her decision to continue her support of this man, even though I’m sure she has misgivings. It shows great strength of character; a trait you find in way too few politicians, and one that scares the liberals (Democrats) to death—which is why they try so hard (unsuccessfully) to destroy her. Listen Up!

Pay attention! When people like the “skivvy bomber’s” own father) try to warn us. Don’t use the excuse of “too much information.” With today’s computer-aided analysis, that doesn’t wash. His father warned us; he was actually under investigation for YEARS before his attack, but he was still allowed on that plane. But for lack of good training, plus the bravery of other passengers, hundreds of people would have died on that plane. The Ft. Hood shooter even gave a speech talking about beheading people and wore Islamic clothing to a convenience store days before his attack, but nobody noticed. They even tried to attribute (after the fact) his attack to “pressure,” even though he had never been in combat. As far as “fighting his kind of people” is concerned, if “MY kind of people were killing indiscriminately, I would go to war against them in a minute. That’s what I like about Sarah Palin. So the (liberal) news media gives her a hard time about jotting speech notes on her hand. Should she take her teleprompter to bed with her at night as I’m sure Obama does? (I don’t think she even uses one.) Yes, she jots speech notes on her palm. So what? That is NOT “inauthentic” to do so. Reagan (and I) used 3X5 file cards with “idea starters” for speeches. The Islamic terrorists are some of the worst racists and religious bigots in the world. They want to kill everybody who doesn’t believe the same way they do, especially Jews. Our president is even doing something no president before him ever dared to do. I used to think Joe Biden was marginally more intelligent than Obama until I heard him tell Larry King that Iraq could be one of the best accomplishments of the Obama administration. This after both of them tried their best to LOSE the Iraq war when it was, in Biden’s words, “”Bush’s war” a few years ago. Does he really think we don’t REMEMBER these things in this day of the ability to record Almost everything a politician says and play it back after he says something different? What makes him think he and Obama can claim as a “great Obama achievement” something that he tried every way he could to sabotage while Bush was president? “On AC360, CNN’s Jessica Yellin spun the rise of Republican candidate Scott Brown as coming from ‘folks here in Massachusetts [who] are feeling angry and scared’.” She’s right, but she doesn’t know why. I’m angry that Obama wants to dictate to me what doctor and hospital I can use through a nameless, faceless bureaucrat he will appoint, and who will make a LOT more than I ever though of making. I’m scared that this bureaucrat might sign my death warrant by denying me treatment I need to stay alive because I’m “too old.” I’m angry AND scared that he/she will send me to PRISON for not buying health insurance at his dictate. To call Obama “the professor” is the same as calling him “an uppity black,” according to liberal (intellectual) Harvard professor Ogilvy. Olbermann's A Real Jerk

“As he anchored a special 10:00 p.m. edition of Countdown, Olbermann not only used one of his "Quick Comment" segments to repeat his infamous attack from the day before on Republican Senator-elect Scott Brown, but he also impatiently interrupted Brown’s victory speech, and, while Brown was still speaking, went on to give a second "Quick Comment" blaming Tea Party protesters and Fox News for the vulgar "tea bagger" term being attached to the Tea Party movement.” Olbermann thinks being associated with the “Tea Parties” and Fox News is “the mark of the devil.” Which just shows his unmitigated ignorance. Fox is the only news service that tells the truth and brings you both sides of all issues. It probably has more liberal “analysts” on staff than anybody else. The “Tea Party” people have sprung up because people are starting to pay attention to the rape they are suffering at the hands of the Democrats. Be careful, MSNBC, your bias is showing. Obama Creating Crises

It’s a time-honored system, used by would-be dictators and liberals everywhere: First, CREATE a crisis, or build an existing one out of proportion to its real importance (such as “climate change”); publicize the crisis to everybody who will listen, over and over, until it is accepted as truth; then offer a solution, one that allows you to raise taxes or impose new ones, taxes you could not have levied without the aid of these “crises.” The “solution” will also allow you to impose more and more limitations on the rights of the people; rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Obama has created many crises, allowing him to nationalize many businesses, most notably General Motors, and the largest insurance companies in the nation, such as AIG. He is slowly taking total control and if we don’t realize it and do something to stop him, we will be a socialist nation with Obama as our dictator before his first term is over. Fannie and Freddie bought up those “toxic assets” until the Democrats (with Barney at the forefront) “took them over” just before the 2008 election, thus almost guaranteeing a big Democrat victory, and a “bloodless coup,” allowing the Democrats to “take over” all three houses of government. Meredith Viera said, on NBC’s “Today Show,” that Scott Brown had “derailed Kennedy’s cause of a lifetime.” So what? That’s the whole idea! Kennedy’s “cause of a lifetime” means nothing to Brown. It’s only important to Kennedy and the Democrats. Since when is a REPUBLICAN, the “OPPOSITION,” supposed to support Kennedy’s cause? What a stupid comment. Keeping Us Defenseless

That seems to be the goal of most of our governments. When Islamic terrorists come here to kill us, as they will when they realize Obama’s government is not nearly as solid in opposition to that as the Bush government was, we will be completely defenseless. Right now all we have to worry about is “run-of-the-mill criminals” and crazies who occasionally go into places they can be pretty sure have no guns to oppose them and shoot them up. But what will happen when an Islamic terrorist goes into a crowd and starts shooting? There will be no one there to shoot him down and stop his killing, so many will die. One of my fondest memories is of an Israeli woman standing over a Palestinian (Islamic) terrorist, pumping bullets into his face when he tried to start a shooting spree. In Israel, EVERYBODY carries a gun. Another fond memory is of a pretty blond woman worshipping at a church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, when a man came in the church, shooting. She was legally armed, and she shot him, ending his shooting spree

Has anybody ever noticed that such shooting sprees always happen in “no-gun zones?” Places where the shooter can be reasonably sure there will be no unexpected guns aimed in HIS direction? Our politicians need to start using common sense regarding self defense and the means to that end. For some reason they want to keep us unarmed, and thus unable to defend ourselves against the illegally-obtained guns carried as a matter of course by criminals, crazies, and terrorists. In SPITE of all the anti-gun laws, guns are easy to get almost anywhere for those willing to break the law. The tighter the anti-gun laws are in a given area, the easier it is to buy an illegal gun. People bent on breaking laws don’t OBEY anti-gun laws. Only honest people do, and are thus unable to protect themselves against those who flagrantly violate ALL laws. We need to do as Florida has done and make it easy for honest people to obtain “carry licenses,” so that those who would use their illegally-obtained guns to plunder us will never be able to know if their intended victims are armed and willing to kill them before they can kill us. It's "Comic" When They Do It

But “over the top” when we do it. Which, of course, shows the complete bias the liberal media has. CNN representative Susan Roesgen decried and complained about the representation of Obama as “Hitler” by the “Tea Party, but called it “comic” when she, herself did it about George Bush earlier. That’s what they always do when conservatives do the same things they have done in the past. They hope we’ll forget their excesses and, for the most part, we do. At least those who pay no attention to politics and read only the headlines when scanning the paper, do. Why Won't Obama Prove His Birth?

Obama has spent, so far, $1.7 MILLION DOLLARS of taxpayer money to hide the truth from you, the voter. Originally, I wasn’t interested in this until he went so far out of his way to avoid offering proof. Now I want to know. An Appellant Brief has been filed, ORDERING him to produce this proof. How will he wiggle out of it? There have been more than 20 legal actions trying to FORCE this possibly illegal president to PROVE his eligibility. Liberals have made DEATH THREATS against the Executive Director of the United States Justice Foundation for filing this action. The press has called him every name in the book. Why are they fighting it so hard? Are they afraid he can’t produce proof of his citizenship with all his actions since taking office being rescinded?

He should have been forced to show this proof BEFORE being allowed to even FILE to run for president. Not to do so is a violation of the law on both sides. His, and the election commission responsible for certifying the eligibility of a presidential candidate. Frankly, I don’t want to see him removed from office before his term expires. If he did, we’d get Joe Biden, and that’s worse. Then if Joe was gone, it would be Peelosi. I just don’t want to see the election laws being flouted in such a flagrant way. You know, the same way Obama flouts all other laws that stand in his way. If he is really a citizen, why does he so mightily resist proving it when it would be so easy to resolve the issue by merely showing a real birth (if he can) certificate instead of the phony documents he has, so far, released?? Don't Get Cocky

Yes, Scott Brown (a Republican) took “Teddy’s seat” in Congress. Yes, Republicans won in two other “safe Democrat districts.” Hopefully, many Democrats will lose their cushy jobs because they took part in the “Rape of America,” But not if you get cocky and stay home on election day. The Democrats know they’re in trouble. You can expect them to “pull out all the stops” and use every dirty trick in the book, and some that aren’t there yet. They’ll even write a NEW book. They’ll lie, cheat, and STEAL to retain the power they stole in the 2008 election. Count on it. (Just common sense)

Nothing Left to Damage

Another major aftershock hit Haiti recently, but didn’t do much damage. Mainly because most of the buildings have already collapsed. There wasn’t much left to be damaged further. What the hell were Haitian government people THINKING when they ignored such basic services as FIRE STATIONS?” There is not a single fire station in Haiti, an island nation of more than a million people! How could they NOT have a fire service? That is complete incompetence in government. The people running this government ought to be charged with mass murder for their incompetence. All they did was “feather their own nests” as politicians do when they can, but here with complete lack of any kind of consideration for the welfare of their citizens. This is CRIMINAL mismanagement. Making Up the Numbers

That’s what you can depend on when you listen to Obama’s talkers on the Sunday shows. In this case, three of them gave three wildly different estimates of how many jobs Obama’s policies have “created or saved.” Aside from the fact there is NO WAY you can say how many jobs have been “saved,” that tells you a lot about the numbers of jobs they CLAIM have been created. It has become such a habit with him, he’s liable to bow to a conservative without thinking about it, Here, he’s bowing to the mayor of Tampa, Florida. There are so many organizations involved in carrying the water for this administration it is mind numbing. All this company will do is redistribute the wealth to those that Obama and Van Jones think should get my and your hard earned money. I will say frankly, I’m confused. I see him appointing socialists, communists, and fascists to be his “czars” and if we don’t immediately scream about it, they stay there and influence all his decisions. China Supplies Iran

Communist China is doing everything they can to destabilize as many places in the world as they can, figuring if there is enough chaos in the world it can only be to their advantage. So Iran can’t buy nuclear equipment because of the sanctions against them, huh? But communist China will sell to them in a heartbeat. They figure if they’re Iran’s friends and trading partners, they won’t use them on them (China). But they will be able to fill the Middle East with terror.
