Another "Financial Expert" Bites the Dust

“Another one bites the dust He’s the fifth economist to quit, apparently because he recognizes the fallacy of Obama's financial policies and wants to distance himself from them. “Austan Goolsby, President Obama's Council of Economic Advisers chairman, is heading off into the sunset to return to his job as a professor of economics at the University of Chicago.” The “word” is he had to do it to retain his tenure. But he is only the latest “financial wizard” who knows nothing about economics to quit. He leaves this economy just the way he found it, moribund, having made NO inroads on improving it. It’s like rats leaving a sinking ship. An “old saw” is that “Those who can, DO; those who can’t, TEACH. (Huffington Post)
