"Defunding" Fox News
That’s what a Democrat lawmaker wants to do. Apparently he isn’t smart enough to see the difference between NPR and fox News. Fox News pays its own way; completely. It doesn’t depend upon government largesse in any way. And it pays TAXES to the government. It is a BUSINESS. You CAN’T “defund” it legally, in ANY way. Apparently Rep. Jim McGovern (D-Mass, where else?) isn’t intelligent enough to realize that. He equates advertising dollars with giving money to NPR to spread liberal lies. So Okay. Stop advertising with Fox. That won’t hurt them significantly. The government doesn’t advertise with Fox now. Seems like a gnat crawling up an elephant’s leg with rape on its mind, doesn't it? (News Busters)
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnon: That's my reaction. I needed that. It shows the intelligence level of some of our representatives. I think there ought to be a test of intelligence before allowing anybody to run for office. But that will never happen. Look at that mustachioed guy running for president on the "rent is too damn high" ticket.
ReplyDeleteThey should be tested for intelligence. They should have to produce a certified birth certificate. Their financial dealings should be investigated. They should all be background checked. I think they should be fumigated, too.
ReplyDeleteAnon: The only problem with that is who gets to decide? You can bet the Democrats will be very much in the fight to hold those positions. That way they can have a say, even about Republicans.
ReplyDeleteWe should test everyone in office right now. We dump low scoring folks. You and I will administer the tests and grade them. How about that?
